Jay Eakin is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. It was a dream of his to develop a highly professional shop in Portland. Jay began construction of Eastside Tattoo in early 2018. He has furnished the shop with the finest equipment and hand crafted much of the detail within the shop down to the woodworking. Jay has produced an astounding amount of art.
